Get your muscles working with the Bodypump class! Using the barbell, you are challenged to train your entire body. You are placed with appropriate instructors by your weight, to make sure you get the most out of yourself. Get ready to hit those muscle groups, as the fantastic music and professional instructors make sure you have a great time!

Xtreme Spinning

Xtreme Spinning is an indoor cycling class that is excellent for burning calories and losing weight very quickly. You are in control of the intensity of your workout and the speed of your pedal speed. You can choose to build up the pace, or remain on a steady speed as you are. Instructors will make sure that you sit comfortably and that you are ready to hit the (virtual) road!
